If there should ever be a fire, we would expect you to exit via the other 3 fire doors in the hall, or the one in the corridor and to gather in the Memorial Park next door. Please be reassured the smoke and fire alarms are tested regularly.

Hersham Craft Evening are proving very popular, they are open to every one and are held in the Gems hall, at 8 pm, cost is £3. Whether you are felling creative or social, everything including refreshments are provided.

If anyone has grown out of clothes, why not bag them up in black bags and take them to the place on Molesey road, near Lloyd Doyle, who will buy the bags, priced by weight, and the clothes are then sent to poor parts of Eastern Europe.

Please, another appeal for all soiled nappies to be put in the yellow sangenic bins, and NOT in the paper towel bin. Also NO wipes down the loo please.

Spare children's clothes if needed are kept in our toy cupboard, and the first-aid bag is in our refreshments box, and another is in the kitchen.

A couple of people have recommended Featherdown Farm as a good place to holiday with children. Please do let us know if you have any other good suggestions and we can included them in the next news letter. For more info see featherdownfarm.co.uk for more details.

Alice Holt is a great - free place for trail and walks, with a cafe. It’s just past Bird World. There is a charge for the car park.

Frensham Pond - has a beach on the edge of the lake, so its safe to swim and build sand castles. There is also a cafe, showers and toilets. It is about 45 minutes drive from Hersham.

St Peter's "11.15  Special" Service  - is a family friendly relaxed Church service with lots of singing. Suitable for all ages, and slightly shorter than your average service. They are held on the first Sunday of the month, please come along and along and try it - coffee is served before hand.
